I really liked this place. The massage was great. A relaxed environment with no pushy people at the door. I booked in advance online so that's was great, that you could plan it in your itinerary. The ethos behind the place is lovely and hopefully it helps promotes responsible and positive tourism.

The massage was amazing. Highly recommend to try, they really know what to do with really good english. They have spacious building and the room is great. I think it was the best massage we had in Vietnam.

We booked 4 hours before going to the spa. Me and my friend didn’t make any special request but was led in a two person room with bathtub and shower (though we didn’t take shower anyway). I had a 90 minutes “zen in the heart” spa. It was great - I wish i made it 120mins. The massager speaks English and was very professional. She asked where she should focus on and asked the right pressure and if she should raise aircon temperature when she feels my hands getting colder and asked if I were ok at times. Very comfortable with the hot stones and massage! Definitely recommend to anyone in Hanoi.

got the Omamori, very good. Not too hard. She worked out the kinks in my spine. If you prefer the intensity of a Thai massage, this might not be for you.

Wer Massagen liebt, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Meine Freundin und ich bekamen den Tipp durch unseren Lonely Planet Reiseführer. Zu Beginn wurden wir sehr herzlich mit leckerem Tee empfangen. Danach wurden wir von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin über die verschiedenen Massagen und Öle beraten. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert haben, fanden sie Platz für uns und wir mussten nicht einmal 10 min warten. Eine Reservierung vorzunehmen wäre allerdings sicher kein Fehler. Die Massage war wirklich sehr gut und wir kamen beide voll auf unsere Kosten. Man spürt auf eine besondere Art, wie perfektionistisch die blinden Masseure sich jedem einzelnen Gast widmen. Wer also eine besondere Massage genießen will und gleichzeitig eine tolle gemeinnützige Organisation unterstützen möchte sollte sich einen Besuch im Omamori Spa nicht entgehen lassen.

근래 받아본 중에 마사지하는분들 실력은 제일 상향 평준화 되어있네요 가격이 다른곳 보다 비싸게 느껴질수도 있지만 후회없는 선택이였고 다음에 갈때도 또 갈겁니다 일반 마사지가 아니라 치료받는다는 느낌이 들 정도로 아프고 불편한곳을 딱 집어냅니다

This was one of the best massage service I have ever received! HIGHLY recommended! Everyone working there is a top professional. The receptionist are very welcoming and guide you through everything, they serve you tea before AND after, the masseurs we had were just incredible, they don’t chit chat like in other places or talk on their phone, you get 100% of their attention and skills. And most importantly: they are very well trained. The rooms are nice and clean, we even had our own bathroom. Go for at least 90 minutes, your money is very well spent here!

Highly recommended! Service is good, masseur was polite and professional. Happened to walk nearby and saw their reviews were superb, so we stopped by and had their Omamori treatment. All the aches in my back and shoulders were taken care of. Only regret is we took just an hour instead of a longer treatment. Price wise, it's a little more than the street massages, but it's so worth it. The masseur knows what they're doing. 5 stars! Starts from 300k VND for the Omamori massage, other prices in the photos I uploaded.
