Formule Zen in the heart de 90 minutes, mon dos est vraiment détendu, le personnel est à l'écoute, bienveillant, compétent... Je recommande sans hésiter, si j'avais eu quelques jours de plus sur place, j'y serais retourné avec plaisir, mais pour 2h !

I visited the one at Hang Trong Street where the staff were all very friendly and polite! I tried the 120min Zen-in-the-heart as recommended by some of you here and came out feeling extremely relaxed. 2 hours felt really short because of how enjoyable the experience was! Nham, my masseuse, focused on my shoulders (as requested) and applied very good pressure throughout the entire massage. She knew where my pain points were and worked her way through the knots on my body especially on my shoulders. Also, the entire atmosphere was very spa-like. I was served hot tea before and after the massage + had my own private room with an en-suite toilet! Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely visit again when I'm back in Hanoi :-)

Uitstekende massage bij deze schone spa en met een goed doel. De masseurs zijn Vietnamezen die blind en/of slechtziend zijn. Ze krijgen hier een toekomst, Engelse les en de waardering als mens. En de massage was uitstekend!

I was here 2 years ago when in Hanoi and had very good experience. This time again very good, no hassle, extremely friendly staff and skilled masseurs. Last but not least: a good value for your money - see the prices at their website. Recommended!

Wonderful place, where my wife and I enjoyed a great massage from the blind masseurs involved. What a great job for people who rely on touch. Left feeling terrific. A great Vietnamese experience here or in HCMC.

I had two different procedures in one day. This spa is a comprehensive program for the blind and visually impaired. I felt like I was in a high class spa. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. There is Zen music playing throughout. My first was a foot massage because being a tourist my feet were tired. This I just what I needed. I went back in the evening for the non oil treatment. My back has not felt this good for years. Both therapists were professional and kind. They speak enough English to communicate well. Teaching English is part of their training. This is definitely the place to go and you are supporting a terrific program to guide these participants to independence.

I had a wonderful massage during Tet holidays in Hanoi. It was the best experience ever, the staff is lovely and I felt so looked after. Everyone is friendly and caring. The massage was relaxing and exactly what I needed to escape the noisy and crowded city. Thank you so much.

I had an excellent foot massage in Omamori Spa. My therapist was a very professional young man. He not only massaged my foot but also my arms, hands, legs, head and shoulders. The massage began on time and finished also on time. They are very respectful with the time. The place is very good decorated and clean. It has a very good atmosphere and service. They received you with a cup of tea. They accept credit card. I really recommend you to take a massage there because you are receiving a very qualified service and at the same time you are supporting a good cause.
